The enquiry form sends your name, email, optional phone number, selected practice area and message to the website owner. On the hosted version of this website the message is delivered by email through the website’s own server-side script; the website does not maintain an enquiry database. Hosting and email providers may process technical logs and message content according to their service policies.

Purpose and sensitive information

Information is used to consider and respond to your enquiry. Do not submit confidential documents, financial identifiers or sensitive personal information through this general contact form. Submission does not create a lawyer-client relationship.

Website operation

The site uses system fonts and does not add an application advertising or tracking-cookie system. Hosting providers may keep standard server logs. The enquiry endpoint stores a short-lived request counter in server storage to help prevent form abuse.

Before a real firm launch

This is a design concept. The firm’s verified data-controller identity, applicable privacy rights, retention schedule and contact method must be provided and this notice reviewed before the site is operated as a real law firm.
